Wat ga je doen?
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert strategische communicatieplannen voor onze klanten in de commerciële en de publieke sector.
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze strategisch directeur, maar je kan uiteraard zelfstandig werken en krijgt de strategische verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw klanten.
- Je onderhoudt vlot klantencontacten en hebt het uitbouwen van klantenrelaties in de vingers.
- Je analyseert markttrends, klantenbehoeften en de concurrentie. Die inzichten vertaal je naar creatieve en effectieve strategieën. Zowel op corporate vlak als op vlak van marketingcommunicatie.
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze creatieven, onze creatief directeur, de accountmanagers en de digital marketeers om campagnes te coördineren.
- Je monitort samen met de client service collega's de vooruitgang van je projecten en evalueert de resultaten.
- Je draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van ons werk.

Wat heb je op zak?
- Een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in marketing, communicatie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Vier tot zeven jaar (agency)ervaring in strategische planning (voor campaigning, marketingcommunicatie, corporate communicatie en/of branding), communicatie of marketing.
- Het vermogen om complexe informatie te vertalen naar glasheldere strategieën.
- Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Flexibiliteit, proactiviteit en teamspirit.
- Creatief denkvermogen en oog voor detail.
- Affiniteit met zowel de commerciële als de publieke sector.
- Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels (Frans is een plus).
- Affiniteit met client experience strategie is een plus.
