CSR Europe is currently looking for a Manager for its
PEOPLE Team


This team engages with corporates, EU institutions and a variety of other partners and associations to implement concrete projects that support
Diversity and Inclusion, Upskilling and Reskilling, promotion of
STEM skills and more all with the purpose to achieve a "
Just Transition" on a European level across a maximum of businesses.

This is a key position reporting to the Director People & Organisation.

She or he will be someone who brings a proven track record in the
development and implementation of sustainability management with focus on the
human aspect combined with
strong team leadership.


Customer focus and engaging the members and partners of CSR Europe to assure a "Just Transition" and a more sustainable future is the main deliverable of this managerial position. A team of 3-5 eager, mission-driven and talented people is waiting for your leadership.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

_ Delivery of the team strategy_

  • Define and implement the strategic direction of the team in alignment with the overall strategy and the needs of members and partners.
  • Develop projects and services in line with the strategy and support the delivery through contentexpertise and enhanced standardized delivery processes.
  • Safeguard profit/loss of the team.

_ People Development_

  • Advise, support and coach the team members in the delivery of their projects to achieve the highest satisfaction rate of members and partners.
  • Provide content, expertise and frameworks to support the work of the team members.
  • Give space to the team to grow together, to investigate and explore to bring even more value to the customers and stakeholders of CSR Europe.
  • Provide a strong process for quality assurance.

_ Business development_

  • Engage with companies, stakeholders and grantgiving institutions to expand the reach of the team and make new projects possible or existing projects more impactful.
  • Build up new or strengthen the existing service offer based on the needs of the members, the evolving sustainability agenda and the opportunities in the market.
  • Represent the work of CSR Europe and its mission externally.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • You are a
    sharp analyst, clear thinker, good organiser and a
    true coach
:

  • You are wellorganized, attentive to detail, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • At least
    7 + years of corporate experience is a must, preferably in a context where new projects or approaches were developed and implemented.
  • Previous experience supervising and coaching staff.
  • You enjoy working with others and can manage and lead teams through your advanced project management skills.
  • You understand and have experience with a wide range of
    sustainability and human resource topics inside companies and have experience in leading and supporting new business efforts in this field.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you are outgoing personality with a passion for client service and relationship building and strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are
    fluent in English and at least
    one other EU language

  • Legal authority to work within the European Union is also required.
