- Proposer des processus cibles de gestion IT et de gestion de projets - Formalisation et organisation
- Gérer au quotidien les processus et les améliorer
- Organiser les comités opérationnels de gestion et de suivi(Stand Up, CAB, etc.)
- Piloter le respect des niveaux de service
- Faire évoluer le catalogue
- Intégrer la gestion des demandes, des incidents, des changements et des mises en production
- Accompagner la création de la CMDB
- Améliorer en continu

**Casting |**
- Formation de niveau Master technologique.
- Une expérience de minimum 5 ans en gestion de services et opérations informatiques dans une fonction similaire
- Connaissance des best practices ITIL (Change, Release, CMDB, CAB, etc.) et des outils de ticketing comme utilisateur (TopDesk, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Certification ITIL (v3 ou 4) requise ainsi qu'une certification/connaissance avancée Prince2/PMI et AGILE
- Lean IT ou DevOps sont aussi des avantages
- Une expérience en tant qu'intégrateur de solutions ITSM est un avantage définitif.
