**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science combined with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Cyber Security related post as a Security Engineer or similar position;
- OR a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational education (leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation) with 5 years post-related experience;
- Experience in:
- Service Delivery Management;
- Penetration testing and/or adversary emulation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of industry best practices and NATO standards for penetration testing and adversary emulation.
**Duties/role**:
- Overseeing the delivery of the penetration testing and adversary emulation service;
- Coordinating with Customer and resource managers to schedule and plan penetration testing engagements;
- Ensuring that all penetration testing engagements are carried out in accordance with industry best practices and NATO standards;
- Identifying areas for improvement in the penetration testing and adversary emulation service and implementing solutions to address these areas;
- Defining and following key performance indicator for the service;
- Ensuring the provision of software licenses and hardware to the penetration testing and adversary emulation resources as needed to run the service;
- Providing:
- Regular reports to management on the status and progress of penetration testing engagements;
- Scheduled and planned penetration testing engagements with customers and resource managers;
- High-quality reports on the results of penetration testing engagements;
- Liaising recommendations for improvements to the penetration testing and adversary emulation service;
- Delivering the reports and briefs timely;
- Assessing quality of the deliverables regularly.
