Mission

As the Central Marketing Manager , you will work on a group level closely together with the graphic designers and colleagues from local and central marketing teams to manage our group websites and deliver engaging content. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

This is what we expect of you:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all group websites. Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to create and execute high-quality content that aligns with the companys goals. Manage our group websites' maintenance and continuous improvement, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly. Lead, mentor, and motivate the central marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth. Coordinate with local marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and marketing efforts across different regions. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement. Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Unifiedpost Group at the forefront of digital marketing.

Competencies:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably in a multinational or multi-site organisation. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail. Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, and content management systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and techniques. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
