Als Contracting Officer bied je de Team Lead Contracting ondersteuning in de afdeling Works Contracting, bij het opzetten van aankoopstrategieën voor werken en diensten voor alle entiteiten van Infrabel. Concreet heb je de volgende taken:
- Je verzamelt en verwerkt de beschikbare gegevens om de strategische opdrachten voor werken en diensten van Infrabel te bepalen;
- Je bepaalt mee de meest geschikte aankoopstrategie in functie van de behoeften van de onderneming en de opdracht, en je werkt hiervoor samen met de stakeholders;
- Je onderhoudt een netwerk van interne klanten bij diverse directies van Infrabel, om voortdurend op de hoogte te zijn van de ontwikkelingen van hun activiteiten en dus hun behoeften inzake werken en diensten.
- Je helpt mee de gunning van overheidsopdrachten organiseren. In dit verband zorg je ervoor dat alle diensten over de nodige praktische informatie beschikken.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de regels inzake overheidsopdrachten, de interne procedures en de goede MVO-praktijken voor de dossiers die jij beheert, correct worden nageleefd;
- Je bereidt de onderhandelingen voor met de ondernemingen voor een optimale prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en om de belangen van Infrabel zo goed mogelijk te verdedigen;
- Je volgt de uitvoering van de strategische overeenkomsten op en ziet erop toe dat de werken en diensten binnen de gestelde termijnen en volgens het gewenste kwaliteitsniveau aan de eindklant worden geleverd;
- Je stelt de reportings en de dataverwerking betreffende jouw activiteitendomein op, je trekt er de nodige conclusies uit en deelt die met anderen;
- Je werkt efficiënt samen met de andere teams van de afdeling om je activiteiten optimaal uit te voeren;
- Je rapporteert aan de Team Lead Contracting.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma.
- Je hebt belangstelling voor het domein van de overheidsopdrachten, of je bent bereid je kennis in dit domein verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je bent analytisch en werkt nauwgezet.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de Windows-tools, waaronder Excel.
- Je hebt kennis van ERP van het type SAP of je bent bereid je kennis hierover verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je bent een team player
- Je legt gemakkelijk contacten.
- Je bent leergierig.
- Je hebt een operationele kennis van de andere landstaal zodat je vlot kan communiceren met je collega's, interne klanten en ondernemingen.
