Your position
As a key member of the Service Integration and Management team (SIAM), you will play a crucial role as a lead subject matter expert.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple large and complex technical implementations in close collaboration with our main service providers and the Credendo Service Delivery Managers.
- Utilize your industry expertise and management skills to ensure smooth implementations and foster collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, facilitating successful hand-overs to the supporting run organization.
- Take the lead in managing technical and complex roll-outs related to Cloud, modern workplace, Application Support, Datacenter Networking, Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to enhance communication and collaboration between IT and business teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate closely with our Cloud Engineers to grasp technical requirements, constraints, and adherence to cloud standards for cloud-based projects.
- Develop and oversee project plans for workload migration to the cloud and transformation of existing workloads.
- Proactively identify and tackle potential project risks and challenges.
- Exhibit a high sense of ownership and autonomy, working closely with service providers to ensure successful project deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with the Architecture team to ensure proposed solutions and designs are optimized, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Continuously enhance your expertise in the Credendo environment and new technologies to provide valuable insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues on the first and second line helpdesk.
- Support SIAM engineers in handling complex technical incidents and problems.
- Manage training and documentation requirements for end users and the supporting organization.
- Adhere to ITIL Service Management industry standard processes.
- Lead the ICT Servicedesk Team.
- Collaborate with various professionals to maintain standards and functionality.
Your profile
- Hold a Master's degree, Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant ICT working experience, preferably in large environments.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud technologies.
- Having technical or project management related certifications is a plus.
- Showcase creativity in envisioning innovative solutions and designs.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple issues concurrently.
- Highly organized with meticulous project tracking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Dutch, knowledge of French is advantageous.
