**Contexte**:
Nous recherchons un collaborateur avec un team spirit fort (H/F) pour soutenir l'équipe Sales à Braine-l'Alleud (+/- 30 km de Bruxelles).
**Mission**:
- Category vision : Définir les channels performants et les drivers de l'année (par segment, promotion et avec les KPI adéquats)
- Acteur clé de la demand review tout en fournissant de manière proactive une compréhension détaillée des Vol / Ventes nettes promo et l'anticipation des risques et des opportunités.
- Leader E-commerce : développement de la politique e-commerce local
- S'assurer de l'approche catégorielle vs marque au sein de la BU
- Définir et piloter les guidelines liées aux assortiments, merchendising et promo par channel
- Trade marketing
**Profil recherché**:
- Licence ou Master en sciences économiques d'entreprise ou en gestion d'entreprise
- Minimum 5-7 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que category manager au sein d'organisations complexes (de préférence FMCG)
- Analytique : Traduire des data en solutions simples grace à une approche analytique est essentiel - Une experience avec les outils d'analyse de marché tels que Nielson sont un atout
- Le français, néerlandais et anglais sont indispensables
Compétences requises pour le poste:
- Management d'équipe, compréhension du secteur
- Techniques de vente & Négociation, Customer Partnering
- Sens de l'offre et de la demande
- Partenariat client
- Perspicacité financière
- Une attitude analytique, déductive, passionnée par la vente, communicative et proactive
