OverviewThe Associate Specialist, will be responsible for supporting the Customer Economics Lead in developing interchange, pricing and business model strategies for different European countries as well as for pan European product solutions
Role
In this position, you will:
- Running impact analysis of existing and upcoming pricing and interchange decisions for different European countries and new products and services;
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential economic solutions, at operational and strategic level;
- Be an active participant in strategy, acceptance and competitive economics projects;
- Develop supporting materials to support our sales force with sufficient materials to defend the pricing and interchange strategies with our customer;
- Support internal & external customers with ad hoc interchange related questions & statistics
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for management.
- Eligible for a Rosetta contract (below 26 at the end of the 2y contract)
- Ability to translate concepts into pragmatic approaches;
- Good communication skills in all situations;
- Proactivity, curiosity to learn and eagerness to crack complex topics. Good analytical and problemsolving skills;
- Out of the box thinking. Creativity to identify new approaches;
- Reliability and accountability;
- Ability to work independently and handling different projects at the same time, stress resistant;
- Ability to identify process improvement & drive changes;
- Fluency in English, other European language is a plus;
- Strong PC skills (Excel modelling, PowerPoint, Access is a plus);
- Good Team player;
- A good sense of humor.
