Jij streeft naar topservice en totale ontzorging. Samen met het team zorg jij ervoor dat projecten vlekkeloos verlopen van A tot Z, van marketingmateriaal geproduceerd op maat tot een vlotte levering. Je bent creatief, hands-on en denkt in oplossingen Jij krijgt de zaken geregeld
**Jouw Rol**
- Vanaf de aanvraag via onze site ben jij het aanspreekpunt. Je werkt nauw met onze klanten samen, je bespreekt hun marketingbehoeften en adviseert hen bij de keuze van de juiste branding materiaal. Jij zorgt dat zij gezien worden
- Je ontvangt onze klanten in de showroom, waar ze het 'wauw effect' zelf kunnen ervaren en elk product eigenhandig kunnen uittesten. De warme kop koffie en jouw persoonlijk advies krijgen ze er gratis bij.
- Je coördineert projecten van A tot Z. Waar nodig schakel je onze ervaren vormgevers in die zorgen voor een sterk ontwerp, op maat van jouw klant.
- Geen event zonder ons materiaal Samen met het team zorg jij dat de producties tijdig klaar zijn. Je houdt het overzicht over de leveringstermijnen en verpakkingswijzen om een tijdige en probleemloze levering te garanderen.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve verwerking: je stelt offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat de bestellingen correct geregistreerd en opgevolgd worden.

**Jouw Profiel**:
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, Marketing, Bedrijfsmanagement, of een gerelateerd vakgebied is een plus
- Je bent hands-on, denkt in oplossingen en je werkt efficiënt. Jij regelt het wel
- Heb je een basiskennis van Adobe Illustrator en grafische bestanden dan is dat een troef.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels met zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.
- Strakke deadlines en uitdagende vragen vind jij net leuk
