Als Projectleider rapporteer je aan de Program Manager, die verantwoordelijk is voor een programma bestaande uit een reeks projecten. Jouw rol omvat het ondersteunen van de Program Manager bij het dagelijks beheer van het programmamanagement en het leiden van diverse projecten in Vlaanderen. Concreet betekent dit het volgende:
Ondersteunen van de Program Managers bij het dagelijks beheer van het programma om te waarborgen dat aan de behoeften en verwachtingen van klanten en belanghebbenden wordt voldaan.Beheren van de projecten, inclusief het afbakenen van de scope, het beheer van het budget, het opstellen van de planning en het toewijzen van de benodigde middelen.Coördineren van een intern multitechnisch team, inclusief het aansturen van technische deskundigen, om de beoogde resultaten te behalen.Onderhouden van relaties met klanten en externe partijen, zoals overheidsinstanties, gemeenten en andere stakeholders, om een vlotte samenwerking te waarborgen.Leiden van de coördinatie en het beheer van haalbaarheidsstudies, vergunningsaanvragen en aanbestedingsdocumenten.Voorzitten en leiden van zowel interne als externe coördinatievergaderingen om de voortgang te bespreken en eventuele knelpunten aan te pakken. jouw aanbod Bij voorkeur voltijds, maar deeltijds kan worden overwogen.Relevante ervaring binnen infra.Technische vaardigheden: Minilaal 2 jaar ervaring in Project Management en beheersing van MS Office (Word, Excel...).Soft skills: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, nauwkeurigheid en methodische aanpak, autonomie en zelfstandigheid, sterke teamspeler die effectief kan werken in multidisciplinaire teams, ervaring met het leiden van interne teams en sterke coördinatievaardigheden.Master diploma, bij voorkeur in burgerlijk ingenieur.ons aanbod [Werken op freelance basis is ook mogelijk ] Een gepersonaliseerd salarispakket: we weten dat iedereen andere behoeften heeft, dus kan je jouw salaris aanvullen met voordelen die je vandaag het meest nodig hebt.
