Missions
- Superviser et garantir l'exactitude des états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour les projets basés à Bruxelles.
- Analyser les résultats financiers et les indicateurs de performance clés, fournissant des informations aux dirigeants pour les décisions stratégiques.
- Gérer les fonctions comptables quotidiennes, y compris les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients et la paie.
- Développer et appliquer les politiques et procédures financières conformes aux normes comptables et aux règlements de l'entreprise.
- Soutenir le Directeur Financier dans l'identification et la gestion des risques financiers.
- Construire des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes, y compris les dirigeants et les responsables de départements.
- Encadrer et former un analyste financier, en offrant des conseils et un soutien.
Profil du candidat
- Compétences analytiques solides avec la capacité d'interpréter les données financières et de fournir des recommandations pratiques.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, avec un souci du détail et de l'exactitude.
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion des fonctions comptables et le développement de politiques financières.
- Compétences en communication, capable de construire des relations avec des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.
- Capacités de leadership, avec expérience dans la gestion et le mentorat des membres de l'équipe.
