Om ons departement Passenger Aviation te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Insight Manager.
Als Business Insight Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van belangrijke inzichten en het begrijpen van drivers die de passagierservaring en het uitgavenpatroon van onze passagiers positief be nvloeden. Uiteraard staan de noden van onze passagiers hierbij steeds centraal. Je werkt nauw samen met meerdere teams en geeft ondersteuning bij het maken van strategische keuzes vanuit het oogpunt van de klant, met als doel het realiseren van succesvolle verbeteringen door te focussen op de verwachte ervaring van de passagier.
- Het creëren van de visie op de passagierservaring en het ontwikkelen van de strategie.
- Het genereren en analyseren van belangrijke inzichten en aanbevelingen om sturing te geven bij het nemen van beslissingen op managementniveau en die helpen de prioriteiten van de business te bepalen;
- Het krijgen van een continu 360° beeld van onze passagiers door middel van intern en extern (markt)onderzoek, benchmarks en de vertaling van de inzichten naar continue verbetertrajecten.
- Het ontwerpen, visualiseren en optimaliseren van de roadmap voor de passagierservaring in lijn met de strategie van BAC en de verwachtingen van de passagiers, en het stimuleren van de implementatie ervan via een duidelijke governance.
- Het monitoren van de passagierstevredenheid om aanbevelingen te formuleren over de aanpassing van de customer journeys en de noden waar nodig.
- Het begrijpen van de behoeften, het gedrag en de pijnpunten van de passagier. Zorgen dat de inzichten worden vertaald in continue verbeteringstrajecten om het productaanbod en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te verbeteren.
- Het stimuleren van cross-functionele samenwerking en ervoor zorgen dat een klantgerichte mindset wordt ge ntegreerd in de bedrijfscultuur en bij onze externe partners.
- Je hebt minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een CX, business analyse of market research omgeving;
- Je omschrijft jezelf als flexibel, dynamisch, ondernemend, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht, altijd met je doel voor ogen. Daarbij verlies je ook de data niet uit het oog.
- Je bent proactief en kan inspelen op veranderende klantbehoeften, trends in de branche en veranderende bedrijfsdynamiek.
- Je bent gepassioneerd om verandering teweeg te brengen en streeft naar een uitstekende uitvoering.
- Je hebt sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden, die worden gebruikt om effectief met klanten om te gaan, samen te werken met interne teams en ideeën en feedback over te brengen.
- Je kan zeer goed analyseren en inzichten vertalen naar een business omgeving en weet deze ook op een professionele manier over te brengen
- Je kan met verschillende reporting/analytics tools aan de slag (bijv. Tableau, Excel,…) of je bent bereid die snel aan te leren.
