This role is an exciting opportunity for a Billing Assistant in the law industry, situated within the Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong proficiency in financial processes and billing systems.

Description

  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in processing invoices and managing billing systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely generation of client invoices.
  • Maintain and update client billing records in the system.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular billing reports for management review.
  • Assist in ad-hoc finance projects as required.

Profile

A successful Billing Assistant should have:

  • A strong understanding of financial processes and billing systems.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 1-3 year of experience (ideally in an international law firm)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
