Wat doe je als product owner?
- Samen met de corporate marketeers bepaal je de strategie van onze digitale producten zoals onze corporate website, jobsite en digitale applicaties.
- Je vertaalt de digitale noden en visie van onze groep naar een product roadmap.
- De strategie van onze digitale producten zet jij om naar een product backlog, rekening houdend met de behoeftes en doelstellingen.
- Je verzamelt, clustert en analyseert alle behoeftes komende van het marketingteam. Je stelt prioriteiten op volgens de businessnoden en bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van meerwaarde binnen ons product. Je werkt in een scaled agile omgeving.
- Dankzij jou zijn alle stakeholders steeds op de hoogte van de status van de verschillende digitale projecten die je coördineert.
Profiel
- Kennis en ervaring - Je bent een digital native en/of hebt enkele jaren ervaring als product owner. Je hebt kennis van én voeling met data gedreven marketing en een agile omgeving is jou niet vreemd.
- Analytisch ingesteld - Je kan ideeën vertalen in een concreet stappenplan. Bovendien kan je KPI’s en dashboards opbouwen die onze marketeers in staat stellen om hun digitale producten optimaal te gebruiken.
- Vlot en overtuigend communiceren - Je bent een enthousiaste netwerker die helder communiceert met alle stakeholders. Je praat even vlot met een ontwikkelaar over sprints en integraties als met een marketeer over doelgroepen en merkbeleving.
- Projectmanagement skills - Je bent vertrouwd met de principes van projectmanagement en het bewaken van scope, timing en budget. Je behoudt altijd het overzicht zonder de details uit het oog te verliezen.
- Talenkennis - Je communiceert helder in Nederlands, Frans of Engels en hebt een grondige basis van de andere talen om vlot informatie over te brengen aan collega's, partners en stakeholders.
