En tant que gestionnaire ressources humaines, vous intégrez notre Business Unit Métro. Vous assurez la gestion de la situation administrative du personnel principalement ouvrier au sein d’une équipe RH locale.

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?

 

 

  • Rassembler et transférer les informations administratives concernant le personnel de la division vers le département RH du siège et inversement ;
  • Assurer l’encodage des modifications des dossiers administratifs des collaborateur.rice.s ;
  • Constituer les dossiers administratifs en matière de changements de barème, passage à l’effectif, mutations, crédit-temps, congés thématiques, promotions, évaluations, cumul d’activité... ;
  • Assister administrativement la Responsable RH locale : courriers divers internes et externes, gestion de l’agenda et permanence téléphonique, maintenir à jour le classement des documents RH,... ;
  • Assurer le suivi du pointage du personnel ;
  • Mener les sessions d’information RH aux nouveaux engagé.e.s ;
  • Assurer la permanence RH de première ligne : répondre aux questions RH (crédits-temps, promotions, changements de statuts…).
  

Profiel kandidaat 

 

  • Vous disposez au moins d’un bachelor dans les ressources humaines ou domaine similaire;
  • Une première expérience dans une fonction semblable est requise;
  • Vous maitrisez le français et avez une connaissance du néerlandais;
  • Vous maitrisez la suite Office ;
  • Compétences clés: flexibilité et adaptabilité, orientation client, polyvalence et multitasking, autonomie, sens de la déontologie, , organisation, sens des relations humaines (communication, diplomatie et assertivité ...), rigueur.
  • La prestation se fera principalement à partir de notre bureau situé à Delta.
