Functieomschrijving
- In de eerste plaats fungeer je als vertrouwenspersoon voor de strategische key accounts (Key Accountmanagement) van Resatec en overhaal je nieuwe klanten om met Resatec in zee te gaan (Business Development). Je bent zelf frequent op de baan om goede relaties uit te bouwen.
- Daarnaast begeleid en motiveer je het salesteam van 4 mensen om de gestelde omzet- en klantdoelen te behalen.
- Je volgt de prestaties van het team en de individuele medewerkers op en motiveert hen om continue te verbeteren en resultaat te behalen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van salesstrategieën die niet alleen nieuwe klanten aantrekken, maar ook bestaande klantrelaties behouden en verder uitbreiden.
- Je analyseert salesdata en klantfeedback om groeikansen te identificeren (upselling / cross-selling), trends te spotten en actieplannen op te stellen.
- Je speelt een actieve rol in de werving, selectie en onboarding van nieuwe teamleden en je verzorgt de nodige trainingen om het team optimaal te laten functioneren.
- Je creëert een motiverende werkomgeving waarin open communicatie, vertrouwen en een positieve teamdynamiek centraal staan. Je werkt nauw samen met de technische en installatieteams van Resatec om de klant steeds te delighten.
- Je rapporteert behaalde restultaten en voortgang aan de Branch Manager en CEO van Crosspoint. Samen nemen jullie de verantwoordelijkheid om Resatec verder uit te bouwen.
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of bedrijfskundige richting, en hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur in een B2B- of retailcontext. Ervaring met het leiden van een team is een belangrijke plus.
- Je hebt ervaring met salesmanagementtools en KPI-monitoring.
- Je hebt een goed analytisch vermogen en strategisch inzicht om de commerciële prestaties te verbeteren.
- Je bent empathisch, teamgericht en in staat om je team te motiveren.
- Je bent een geboren netwerker en bent flexibel om je in België te bewegen, alsook ben je als teamplayer graag aanwezig op kantoor in Mariakerke.
- Je hebt een vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en het Frans.
- Een uitdagende en verantwoordelijke functie binnen een dynamische en groeiende organisatie, waar je de kans krijgt om een salesteam te begeleiden en verder te ontwikkelen.
- De mogelijkheid om een sleutelrol te spelen in de groei van Resatec en je stempel te drukken op de commerciële strategie.
