Het department PRO Sales is specifiek gericht op onze ondernemende klanten (zelfstandigen, vrij beroepers en KMO’s). De Relationship Manager werkt meer specifiek in het KMO-segment.
Als Relationship Manager rapporteer je aan de Regional Business Banking Manager.
Je ontwikkelt je bestaande klanten en stelt samen met de Regional Business Banking Manager, de kantoren en de zelfstandige agenten een jaarlijkse prospectielijst op. Je vertegenwoordigt Beobank actief in je geografische regio en bouwt je netwerk uit door contacten te leggen met prospecten en belangrijkste stakeholders.
Je beoordeelt de haalbaarheid van klantprojecten vanuit het oogpunt van de bank en stelt indien nodig alternatieve financieringsoplossingen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met de kantoren en zelfstandige agenten binnen jouw regio, voornamelijk met betrekking tot prospectie en stakeholders.
Je bent commercieel ingesteld en je beheerst de kunst van argumenteren en onderhandelen.
Je houdt van uitdagingen en wil meebouwen aan een nieuw businessmodel.
Je houdt van netwerken en ontmoet graag nieuwe prospects.
Je beheert je agenda zelfstandig. Je spreekt vloeiend de taal van je klanten.
Je hebt ten minste 3 jaar ervaring in professional of mid-corporate banking.
Onmiddellijk een contract van onbepaalde duur als Relationship Manager.
Een on the job-training in het PRO Center zelf, gecombineerd met een volledig opleidingsprogramma in de hoofdzetel van Beobank in Brussel.
