  • heb je de leiding over het kwaliteitsteam,
  • coördineer je de operationele processen taken,
  • zorg je voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde planning,
  • zorg je er – samen met de QA manager – voor dat de kwaliteit van producten en processen worden gegarandeerd en de voorgeschreven voorschriften worden gerespecteerd,
  • analyseer je resultaten kritisch & stuur je bij waar nodig,
  • help je mee het HACCP kwaliteitshandboek up-to-date te houden,
  • word je ingeschakeld voor het uitvoeren van interne audits & ondersteun je bij externe audits,
  • heb je inzicht in de nood aan opleiding en vorming van personeel & help je bij het opzetten van een gedegen opleidingsplan,
  • denk je mee over verbeteringsacties en optimalisaties,
  • kan je fouten/problemen detecteren en een plan van aanpak uitwerken om het team positief te stimuleren.
Profiel JIJ BENT PERFECT VOOR CHARLES, WANT:
  • je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma als master, aangevuld met enkele jaren ervaring in een productie- en kwaliteitsomgeving,
  • je hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en durft beslissingen te nemen,
  • je hebt een kritische ingesteldheid en bent kwaliteitsbewust,
  • je bent stressbestendig, zelfstandig en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit,
  • je bent open en vlot in de omgang.
