Stakha is seeking a full-remote Dutch/English-speaking Country Opener/Account Executive Mid-Market (€90-100K OTE per year + benefits ) to join a leading FinTech company at the forefront of financial innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, expanding its presence in the Belgian market.

- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a proven track record in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or payments.

- This role requires a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and strong sales methodology to open the Belgian market.

- We are specifically looking for candidates with experience closing deals with mid-market businesses and a history of consistently exceeding sales targets.

- You will be part of a high-performing sales team, working closely with internal stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue growth

Objective: Expand presence in the Belgian market and take the 1st place

Responsibilities:


• Own the entire sales process (outbound & inbound) – from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals.


• Engage directly with C-Level executives, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.


• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences in BENELUX and Europe.


• Work closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies, optimize take rates and support scalability.

Location: Remote (Brussels) + 3 consecutive days per month in Paris

Salary: 90-100k€ gross annually (OTE) + benefits

What they're looking for:


• Sales-driven mentality – ambitious, proactive, and goal-oriented.


• Proven experience in B2B sales (2-4 years, excluding internships), preferably in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.


• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) & English. French is a plus.


• Strong negotiation skills, capable of handling objections and closing high-value deals.


• Well-organized & structured, able to manage multiple sales cycles effectively.


• This is a fully remote position, so you must be highly self-motivated and proactive as a remote sales professional.


• Experience in the Payment, BNPL, or E-commerce industries is a plus
