With thousands of customers across Europe already utilizing their solutions, the company is focused on expanding its presence in the Mid-Market segment. The Account Executive for the Belgium market will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the success of the company's commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Account Executive will:
• Manage the full sales cycle: Handle all stages from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and contract closing, with a focus on Mid-Market clients (annual revenues of €10M-€250M).
• Engage with key stakeholders: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at events: Attend trade shows and industry conferences across Belgium to showcase the company's expertise.
• Optimize customer activation: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and maximize their engagement with the company's solutions.
• Contribute to internal process improvements: Work with internal teams to enhance workflows and improve scalability.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively: Track, organize, and analyze sales activities to ensure pipeline efficiency and meet performance targets.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
• Bring relevant experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account executive, ideally in a B2B software or SaaS environment (internships and apprenticeships excluded).
• Be fluent in Dutch and English: Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Possess strong sales skills: Demonstrate expertise in managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excel in communication: Show excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
• Be highly organized: Use a structured and methodical approach to understand complex client needs and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Be autonomous, curious, and proactive, with a strong sense of adaptability.
Compensation and Benefits
• 70k to 100k .
