Stakha is seeking a full-remote Dutch/English-speaking Country Opener/Account Executive Mid-Market (€90-100K OTE per year + benefits ) to join a leading FinTech company at the forefront of financial innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, expanding its presence in the Belgian market. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a proven track record in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or payments.
- This role requires a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and strong sales methodology to open the Belgian market.
- We are specifically looking for candidates with experience closing deals with mid-market businesses and a history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- You will be part of a high-performing sales team, working closely with internal stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue growth
Expand presence in the Belgian market and take the 1st place
Own the entire sales process (outbound & inbound) – from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals.

• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences in BENELUX and Europe.

• Work closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies, optimize take rates and support scalability.
Location: Remote (Brussels) + 3 consecutive days per month in Paris
Sales-driven mentality – ambitious, proactive, and goal-oriented.

• Proven experience in B2B sales (2-4 years, excluding internships), preferably in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.

• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) & English. French is a plus.

• Well-organized & structured, able to manage multiple sales cycles effectively.

• This is a fully remote position, so you must be highly self-motivated and proactive as a remote sales professional.

• Experience in the Payment, BNPL, or E-commerce industries is a plus
