ITSM Process & Project Officer – Mission long terme (Bruxelles) Underside SRL , partenaire technologique belge reconnu pour son expertise Apple et ses solutions IT haut de gamme, recherche un nouveau collaborateur pour une mission à long terme au sein d’une agence gouvernementale belge , basée principalement à Bruxelles .
#Votre rôle Vous interviendrez comme référent fonctionnel et technique d’une plateforme ITSM (IT Service Management) , outil central de gestion des services IT et des processus de support.
la standardisation des processus afin d’améliorer l’efficacité, la qualité de service et la traçabilité des interventions.
Après une formation complète à la plateforme, vous en deviendrez le point de contact principal et assurerez :
la gestion opérationnelle de la plateforme ITSM (maintenance, mises à jour, évolutions fonctionnelles – niveaux 2 et 3) ;
la documentation des processus et procédures , ainsi que la formation des utilisateurs aux nouveaux outils ou fonctionnalités ;
Profil recherché
Vous parlez français et anglais couramment (le néerlandais est un atout ).
Vous avez une bonne capacité d’analyse et d’apprentissage , vous permettant de maîtriser rapidement de nouveaux outils.
Une première expérience dans un environnement IT support, helpdesk ou administration d’outils ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, GLPI ou équivalent) constitue un atout.
Un contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI)au sein d’ Underside SRL , entreprise belge active depuis plus de 25 ans .

Télétravail partiel possible , selon les besoins opérationnels du client
