Schelstraete Delacout is recruiting a General Manager Belgium for a company in the project business, specifically in building and installing systems. The General Manager will lead the Belgian subsidiary of an international group, with full P&L responsibility (€9.5M turnover, 62 employees). The role combines overall business leadership with a strong commercial focus, aiming to ensure revenue growth and market share in a highly competitive market. Mission Strengthen the company's commercial performance, lead and develop the team, and ensure effective integration within the international group. Key responsibilities Full P&L responsibility for the Belgian operations (€9.5M, 62 FTE). Define and execute the commercial strategy to regain market share and drive growth. Strengthen relationships with key accounts across industry, petro/oil & gas, transport, data centers & telecom, healthcare, and public institutions. Inject a strong "hunting spirit" and business development mindset to win new customers and segments. Lead cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, project management, finance, HR, engineering). Develop people, improve internal collaboration, and optimize commercial processes with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach. Act as the local representative within the international group, leveraging group synergies.
