Het team Customer Journeys streeft ernaar de strategische doelstellingen van AXA Belgium te ondersteunen door: waardevoorstellen uit te werken te zorgen voor digitale oplossingen en duidelijke en praktische klanttrajecten producten of diensten met een sterke toegevoegde waarde op de markt brengen die de beleving van de klanten en prospects van AXA Belgium verbeteren Om ons team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Journey Expert voor de producten Leven. Concreet bestaat je rol erin een projectportefeuille Leven te beheren (beleggings- en pensioenproducten). Je staat in voor het aanvullen en beheren van die projectportefeuille, en werkt daarvoor samen met een pluridisciplinair marketingteam (UX designers, go-to-market specialist). Je belangrijkste taken: Je draagt bij aan de uitwerking van de initiatieven van het globale marketingplan, dat gebaseerd op de strategie van AXA en de nadruk legt op de producten Leven. Je rolt de strategische projecten van onze projecten Leven uit, in samenwerking met collega's die deel uitmaken van het team Je denkt na over, ontwerpt, test, implementeert of verbetert klantentrajecten om de verkoop te vergroten en de klanttevredenheid te verhogen Je managet, coacht en ondersteunt de collega's van het team bij het uitwerken van waardevoorstellen en diensten Je ontwikkelt waardevoorstellen voor producten of klantentrajecten om de werving en binding van de klanten te ondersteunen, en werkt daarvoor nauw samen met andere departementen Je rolt campagnes voor koppelverkoop en incentives uit van a tot z. Je versterkt het gebruik van onze digitale tools door de campagnes en communicatieplannen naar makelaars, klanten en prospects toe te coördineren Je kijkt wat de concurrentie doet en geeft zichtbaarheid aan initiatieven en trends die te maken hebben met de markt van de levensproducten Je hebt een master- of bachelordiploma met bewezen professionele ervaring Je hebt minstens tien jaar ervaring in marketing Je hebt een goede kennis van de levensproducten en een duidelijk beeld van de evolutie van de markt en de concurrentie Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in projectbeheer Je kunt werken in projectmodus (agile) Je hebt ervaring met het uitwerken van klantentrajecten (design thinking) Je hebt een 360° beeld, je kunt gemakkelijk communiceren, je werkt samen en bent een uitstekende luisteraar Je bent in staat om boeiende presentaties uit te werken en complexe verzekeringsproducten te vertalen naar klantgerichte diensten met een sterke toegevoegde waarde Je hebt ervaring met het presenteren van strategische plannen aan de leden van de raad van bestuur en hogere kaderleden Je durft knopen door te hakken en ambitieuze oplossingen voor te stellen zonder de klantervaring uit het oog te verliezen Je houdt van uitdagingen en je wilt deel uitmaken van een dynamisch team, waarin je samenwerkt in een aangename sfeer.
