**Responsibilities** Accountabilities**:
**Promotional transition coordination: Coordinate the transition and FU of below tasks with GBS team**
Promotion management: delegate & FU TPM Software tasks to GBS and be their SPOC in case of query’s
- Creation, status changes, changes, closings,.of all concerned promotions
Customer management: delegate & FU below tasks to GBS and be their SPOC in case of query’s
- Update of customers contact list, assortment and trade terms overview
- Folder visuals and banners are delivered on time and accordingly to briefing
- Create new products in due in different required tools
- Trade Fair tasks & special events
Field Force management: delegate & FU below tasks to GBS and be their SPOC in case of query’s
- Set up of the monthly field team activities and make sure that the CRM tool is accordingly updated and communicate field orders towards wholesalers on a weekly basis
SAP budget follow up: delegate & FU below tasks to GBS and be their SPOC in case of query’s
- Creation and adjustments of PO’s, budget reviews, support account managers in invoice approval process
**Sales support**
- Guarantee the promotional communication towards the customers & ensure that all wholesale customers are fully briefed and their questions answered (Promotions + visuals)
- Manage the administration of the annual trade agreements
- support the Key Account Managers Channels with the execution of day-to-day activities for our Cinema, Leisure Parcs, Petrol & many other clients
- Ad hoc query’s from customers on products, allergens, product changes, launches,.
- Communications of all kind to our customers and be their first SPOC for all administrative query’s (OOS/PPA/NPD/.)
- Ad hoc support request: support for internal and external-customer presentations
- Ensure timely feedback towards account managers on different types of reporting (eg listing status new products, Negotiation status, tariff increase status)
- Support in providing information like revenue overviews, product
- and price information, performance trackers, volumes sold by the field teams and external partners, competitors information (folder promotions)
**Qualifications**
**Key Skills/Experience required**:
- Graduate or university degree
- The role is suitable for part-time and full-time
- First experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Commercial capabilities : good communication skills and time management
- Ability to work independently, pro-active
- 3-lingual: Dutch - French - English (verbal and written)
- Computer literate : Office 365
- Eager to learn working with new tools (SAP, TPM)
- SAP is a clear advantage
- Ability to work independently, pro-active
- Capable of working with deadlines (under stress): time management
- Efficient and precise
- Good team-player with a positive mind-set
- Strong communication, persuasion and relationship management skills with the ability to interact and communicate with different levels in the company and within the customer - open & clear
- Priority and time management skills and ability to multi-task
