Sales Developer Antwerp Boost Region

**Responsibilities**:
- Maximum introduction in new to be created & acquired points of sale in the Horeca and Leisure channel of all PepsiCo products (Beverages & Snacks). This through negotiations within the assigned geographic sector with the operators of the Horeca and/or Leisure points of sale (in free and compulsory matters) and through negotiations with the beer merchants.
- Building rotation and maximum insurance of all PepsiCo brands and references in portfolio by working daily on presence, visibility, quality and increased sales in the Horeca and/or leisure Outlets and at the beer merchants. An important point of attention here is the day-to-day development of a sustainable and strong customer relationship with operators and especially beer traders.
- Negotiations with both beer traders and catering operators must take place within a specific investment policy determined by or in consultation with the management. Works closely with the region's Senior Sales Developer by bringing in quality leads and collaborating on converting high-end outlets. Negotiates its Horecafee with the beer trader annually and conducts a quarterly business review to analyze the results and draw up action plans.

- Leisure: children's playgrounds, amusement parks, swimming pools, bowling, karting...
- Beer merchants: independent & members of groups.
- Professional Drink Centers.
- Events/Pop Ups, Institutions and Concessions.
- Collaboration with decision makers; trendsetters; project developers; various suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in sales/marketing or relevant knowledge based on experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a sales representative in a Horeca/Leisure environment.
- Great affinity with and commercial insight into the Horecakanaal. Have a network in the region concerned.
- Correct language skills NL/FR for the sector to be managed (spoken and written).
- IT knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good relational skills.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
Overview (Secondary Language):
- Maximaal introduceren in nieuw te creëren & te verwerven verkooppunten in het Horeca-en Leisure kanaal van alle PepsiCo producten (Beverages & Snacks). Dit door onderhandelingen binnen de toegewezen geografische sector met de uitbaters van de Horeca en/of Leisure verkooppunten (in vrije en verplichte zaken) en door onderhandelingen met de bierhandelaars.
- Opbouwen rotatie en maximaal verzekeren van alle PepsiCo merken en referenties in portefeuille door dagelijks te werken op aanwezigheid, visibiliteit, kwaliteit en meerverkoop in de Horeca en/of leisure Outlets en bij de bierhandelaars. Een belangrijk aandachtspunt hierbij is de dagdagelijkse uitbouw van een duurzame en sterke klantenrelatie met uitbaters en vooral bierhandelaars.
- De onderhandelingen zowel met bierhandelaars als met Horeca uitbaters dienen te gebeuren binnen een welbepaalde investeringspolitiek bepaald door of in overleg met het management. Werkt nauw samen met de Senior Sales Developer van de regio door het aanbrengen van kwalitatieve leads en samen te werken op het converteren van high-end outlets. Negotieert jaarlijks met de bierhandelaar zijn Horecafee en houdt per kwartaal een business Review om de resultaten te analyseren en actieplannen op te stellen.

- Bierhandelaars: onafhankelijke & leden van groeperingen.

- Evenementen/Pop Ups, instituties en concessies.
- Samenwerking met beslissing nemers; trendsetters; projectontwikkelaars; diverse leveranciers
Responsibilities (Secondary Language):
- Bachelor in sales/marketing of relevante kennis o.b.v. ervaring.
- Minimum 2 jaar ervaring als vertegenwoordiger in een Horeca/Leisure omgeving.
- Grote affiniteit met, en commercieel inzicht in het Horecakanaal.
- Beschikken over een netwerk in betrokken regio.
- Correcte talenkennis NL/FR voor te beheren sector (gesproken en geschreven).
- Informatica kennis: Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, PowerPoint
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Goede relationele vaardigheden.
- Goede gesproken en geschreven communicatieve vaardigheden.
