As an Administration Officer, you will support our lovely colleagues where you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks for the Sales and Operations team in Brussels, Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe.

**Office Management**:
You take care of the reception and are responsible for incoming and outgoing mail processing
**You inventory and replenish stocks**: office equipment, printing, kitchen supplies
You make sure that our office rules are respected
You have contact with the cleaning company and monitor their services
You will book events, trips and accommodation for the sales and operations team
**Sales**:
**You provide support in the sales process**: updating standard offer documents (exclusion criteria, CVs, references), compiling sales files
You provide administrative support in management and registrations of network events & seminars as well as in ad hoc projects (input digitisation, CRM systems,...)
You create purchase order numbers for (new) customers
You gather information needed to prepare offers
You are responsible for the preparatory work of events and fairs (management/preparation of materials)
**Operations**:
You will assist our consultants and BREEAM assessors with technical issues, orders & customer queries
You will provide administrative support for the financial process: creating customers, launching invoices, debtor management
You provide administrative support in management and enrolment of BREEAM courses in coordination with the P&O department
You ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information and evidence related to building assessments and certification
You gather the information needed to carry out the assessment and check whether or not it is complied with

What is expected from you?
You have successful administrative work experience in a similar position
You have a bachelor's degree, are administratively strong and can work fluently with Word, Excel and Outlook
You have already worked with CRM systems
You speak and write well in two languages FR and Dutch, English is an additional asset
You are critical, a team player and a self-starter who enjoys making progress together with others
You are a driven individual who knows how to get things done
You are punctual, work accurately and have an eye for detail
You can work independently and flexibly in a commercial environment where the pressure is sometimes high
You are naturally communicative and service-oriented and you do not shy away from speaking to customers (internal and external)
