**_CTG IT Solution is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a System Admin_**_istrator, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Belgium._**

**Your Missions**
- You are in charge of **installation and configuration of system components** and server software
- You handle the **Integration of servers** in local environment
- You analyse **incident** and **resolution**, **problem definition**, **analysis** and **resolution**: preliminary diagnosis of software and hardware problems, co-ordination with other IT departments and with 3rd party maintenance contractors
- You use **administration **and **user right management** in a Windows environment
- You monitor and **administration of local** “print and file” servers
- You handle **backups** and **restore operations** (user and configuration data)
- You monitor and administrate **network resources** like shared printers network drives, SharePoint resources etc
- You will provide support on all types of **mobile devices and OS**:

- You will be in charge with the **maintenance of devices** (update, testing and configuration)

**Your profile**
- You have at least** 3 years** of relevant professional experience
- You are fluent in **English **and** French**:

- You are **ITIL V4 Foundation certified**:

- You have very good skills in **MS Windows Server**, Redhat Server, SharePOINT services, network storage and associated management technologies
- You are a team player who likes to work in an **international **environment
- You have advanced **IT product knowledge** and experience (HW/SW)
- You are highly autonomous and IT skilled in **IT management tools**:

- You are familiar with** iTunes/Apple Configurator.**:

- You have very good skills in **MS Windows Server**, MS Office Applications, SharePoint services, network storage and associated management technologies
