- Je houdt de vinger aan de pols van de bestaande processen en probeert die te optimaliseren.
- Je verliest de impact op de huidige situatie en mogelijke afhankelijkheid van andere lopende initiatieven niet uit het oog.
- Je gaat in dialoog met je interne klanten en denkt kritisch met hen mee.
- Je slaagt erin concrete noden scherp te stellen en geoptimaliseerde totaaloplossingen te realiseren. J
- Je verliest de impact op de huidige situatie en mogelijke afhankelijkheid van andere lopende initiatieven niet uit het oog. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor proces-gerelateerde vragen en rapporteert op regelmatige basis
**.De ideale process analyst**
- heeft een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen, een analytische geest en een haviksoog voor het opsporen van fouten in processen.
- Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma, of drie tot vijf jaar werkervaring als procesanalist.
- BPMN is een term die jou niet onbekend is
- Je hebt sterke consensusvorming en communicatieve vaardigheden, waarmee je onze verschillende stakeholders in een mum van tijd aan boord krijgt, terwijl je ook mogelijke impact en risico's belicht.
- Je communiceert duidelijk en brengt je boodschap op een niet-technische, maar concrete manier
- Je bent flexibel, resultaatgericht en stressbestendig
- Je bent een doorzetter die zich thuis voelt in een dynamische (soms zelfs chaotische) omgeving.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
