**Jouw nieuwe werkgever**
De klant is een multinationaal energiebedrijf. Je komt als medewerker terecht in een groot team die een essentiële rol speelt op de snel groeiende energiemarkt. Er wordt voor elke klant een persoonlijk aanbod gecreëerd, dat wordt opgebouwd in samenspraak met de plaatselijke operatoren. Dit zorgt voor een frisse kijk op zowel de producten zelf als de manier van werken

**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Je voert als Customer Support Officer allerhande taken uit:

- Je behandelt specifieke vragen van de klanten over hun facturen en hun aansluitings
- en verhuisaanvragen.
- Je helpt de klanten verder door hen informatief te ondersteunen met hun bezorgdheden over de producten, diensten en de wijziging van de energiemarktcondities.
- Je maakt offertes op voor mogelijke klanten of rapporten voor bestaande klanten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met een 4-tal collega’s. Jullie zorgen voor de béste dienstverlening en ondersteuning.
- Je werkt proactief, dit wil zeggen dat je zelf ideeën naar voor brengt over hoe de klantendienst haar werkmethodes en klantencontacten nog kan verbeteren, je bijdraagt aan het uitvoeren van concrete projecten enz.
- Je brengt verslag uit aan de coach van customer service.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma.
- Je houdt ervan probleemgericht te werken.
- Je kunt jezelf zowel mondeling als schriftelijk perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.

- Een tijdelijk contract van 6 maanden met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
