Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibility as an HR Business Partner is to help align Samsung’s people strategy with our business strategy. You are an HR expert, people champion and also a change agent and partner for the business. Together with line managers you work on setting priorities, drive our company cultural values and help deliver business results.
Besides that your responsibilities are the following:
- Build trusted relationships with our employees and managers in the divisions
- Partner with leaders on a range of activities including leadership capability, performance management, team efficiency and organization design
- Provide expert daily HR (policy) guidance
- Support and contribute to year-round talent management processes including performance management, employee development and succession planning
- Support workforce planning, recruiting and other HR initiatives to ensure the short, medium and long term needs of the business are met
- Leverage on metrics and analysis to drive fact-based decisions
- Share insights and business requests with the HR Centers of Expertise
- Coach and guide a team of 2 HR colleagues
