**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Director to lead and expand our International Organisations portfolio across Europe. Based in our Brussels office, this position offers the chance to develop and implement growth strategies, build strong partnerships, and secure impactful contracts that align with our vision for sustainable value creation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Business Development Director, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the business strategy for the IO market in line with the organisation's broader goals.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and securing contract wins.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to identify new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Oversee the IO bid management process, ensuring all opportunities are qualified, aligned with strategic objectives, and financially viable.
- Represent the organisation's values and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture across the IO segment.
- Deliver innovative, high-quality services that meet client needs and enhance the organisation's reputation.
- Coordinate IO teams at a European level, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and supporting recruitment efforts as needed.

- Develop and execute robust strategies and plans to secure profitable contracts.
- Build a strong network of relationships with IO stakeholders, partners, and clients to shape opportunities early in the process.
- Ensure bids align with client needs, financial objectives, and compliance standards.

- Execute a business development strategy that achieves the growth aspirations of the organisation.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of IOs, government, and quasi-government procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of sales mechanisms, governance processes, and service business models.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that deliver growth and profitability.
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
**Experience**:
- Extensive experience in the IO sector and service business.
- Successful leadership in business development and account management.
- Proven track record of building effective partnerships and leading cross-functional teams.
**Additional Information**:
- The role may require travel across Europe and occasionally globally.
