**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the entire Sales and Business Development organization of AEV
- Develop executive-level relationship within End Customers, EPCs, Impact Partners, Local Business Partners and Agents.
- Develop and execute the long-term regional sales coverage and penetration plan, aligned with global ISV (Isolation Valve) business strategies
- Drive collaboration across the regional leadership and SBU (Strategic Business Unit) teams to ensure continued alignment
- Define and communicate the strategy for the region in terms of sales and operation and ensure alignment with high level business objectives.
- Drive profitable growth and ensure reaching AEV P&L objectives.
- Empower and drive Global market sales team through development of key account penetration plans.
- Design and lead the execution of competitor install base displacement strategies in core industries.
- Set objectives for Channel Partners and direct selling team and hold them accountable through review processes.
- Build, manage and maintain a robust project funnel. Engage globally in project pursuit opportunities in the early (initiating coverage) stages.
- Oversea technical support in the development of large, strategic opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in major accounts.
- Bridge the voice of the customer between Channel, End User and the product support functions.
- Manage and oversee region’s marketing activities (e.g. new product launch, account assignment and ongoing customer needs)
- Identifies market opportunities and targeted markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors to generate sales leads.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Degree or Diploma (or in case of non-engineering degree at least 10 years experience in flow control equipment business)
- Minimum 10 years of solid track record working in MNC (Multinational) industrial organizations or international division at well-established local company (preferably Valves or flow control equipment), with at least 6 years of relevant experience in leading dynamic sales organizations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English with the presence and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
- Proven ability to engage in executive level negotiations and demonstrate favorable influence over decision makers.
- Excellent sales and business acumen.
- Ability to lead sales organizations selling directly to end users, EPCs and via indirect distribution / business partner channels.
- Strong relationship builder with a strong desire to win against competition with high energy drive to close business and exceed assigned sales goals.
- A coach and talent developer who sets clear expectations, provides ongoing feedback and motivates the Sales Channel to reach their highest potentials.
- Ability to strategically prioritize and suitably adapt and improve on Channel Partner strategic approach as and when necessary.
- Resourceful and experienced in leveraging on internal resources to enhance overall effectiveness and exceed POR commitments.
- Always staying abreast on industry updates and maintains solid and current knowledge of new project launch/updates.
- Demonstrate sales and general managerial values ranging from a strong sense of ethics, sales performance and business integration.
