**Hoe ziet jouw job eruit als Configuration Manager?**
Als bedrijf is het enorm belangrijk dat we een overzicht hebben van onze applicaties, software, hardware, servers, etc. Dit wordt allemaal bijgehouden in onze Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Als Configuration Manager bij NN ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief beheren van onze CMDB. Je zorgt ervoor dat de CMDB nauwkeurig en up-to-date is, en dat deze voldoet aan de ITIL-standaard. Je zult samenwerken met verschillende IT-teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alle wijzigingen aan de infrastructuur en software nauwkeurig worden bijgehouden in de CMDB, en dat de status van alle configuratie-items (CIs) correct wordt gemonitord en gerapporteerd.
**Concrete taken**:
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van de standaarden en richtlijnen voor de CMDB en communiceren op basis van de ITIL best practices.
- Regulier bijwerken van de CMDB om de correctheid, consistentie en volledigheid van de CMDB te te waarborgen.
- Samenwerken met andere IT-teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alle wijzigingen aan de infrastructuur nauwkeurig worden bijgehouden in de CMDB
- Monitoren en rapporteren van de status van CIs en hun relaties binnen de CMDB
- Identificeren en beheren van risico's met betrekking tot Configuration Management
- Samenwerken met andere IT-teams om integratie van de CMDB met andere IT-systemen en -tools te waarborgen
Profiel
**Zo pas jij perfect in ons team**:
- 5+ jaar ervaring in IT, waarvan minstens 2 jaar in Configuration Management
- Je hebt een sterk begrip van de ITIL-standaard en Configuration Management best practices en je hebt de communicatievaardigheden om deze te delen.
- Je bent heel goed in het oplossen van problemen en het verbeteren van processen
- Je hebt aandacht voor detail en vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
- Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende teams, intern en extern
- Ervaring met ServiceNow en het CSDM 3.0 data model is mooi meegenomen
