The Transformation Delivery Lead (TDL) is responsible for leading and delivering change and transformation projects across the business, working in partnership with business owners to create business value to meet the SD Strategy. The TDL will need to be a passionate change champion, wanting to make a difference and have a positive impact by rolling out challenging transformation programmes. These programmes can vary from defining strategy, delivering large scale organisation change, leading on integrations of new acquisitions and to leading growth in new teams.
The role is responsible for ensuring that each transformation programme has adequate levels of governance (planning, reporting, tracking and risk management) in place for the business to make effective decisions and ensuring successful transformation in these teams.
The TDL will work with the Capability Manager to ensure that the coaching and feedback is in place for the Change Team to ensure we use best practices and continue to develop as a team.
The TDL will act as a check and challenge role when working across the business to ensure we are tackling the highest priorities in order to make the biggest impact.
The TDL will need to be versatile in capability and like to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Provide Change and Programme Management leadership across the Transformation working with the business to create and lead successful delivery of change transformation projects focusing on business growth, improving customer centricity, improving productivity, increasing engagement, and be more cost effective
- Ensure that Programme and the Transformation Team are focused on delivering ROI for the business
- Provide expertise in change and programme management techniques specifically Lean Management and Agile in order to implement change strategy across the business
- Ensure that training plans and performance management are in place in order to improve our team members and increase engagement
- Consistent governance is in place to support effective delivery, tracking and reporting of projects
- Be a change leader and role model in the business, focused always on continuous improvement of process, people and tools
- Ensure good stakeholder management and transparent reporting is in place in order to help the business make effective decisions

- Experienced people manager with experience of operating in a commercial environment
- International business experience
