**Wat ga je doen als Team Lead Delivery?**

Als je Team Lead wordt op een van onze bezorg-hubs, zorg je elke dag dat processen soepel verlopen. Zo krijgen onze klanten in heel Vlaanderen op tijd en met een goede service hun boodschappen bezorgd.
- Geef leiding. Zo coach je enkele tientallen bezorgers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je zorgt dat ze gemotiveerd, op tijd en met een bus vol goed ingepakte boodschappen vertrekken naar onze klanten.
- Help groeien. Door deel te nemen aan ontwikkelingsgesprekken help je iedereen in het team om zich te ontplooien.
- Houd overzicht. Jij weet precies wie welke route rijdt en welke bus hij of zij meekrijgt. Ondertussen houd je altijd contact met het serviceteam.
- Neem beslissingen. Je lost verstoringen op en voorkomt nieuwe problemen door mee te denken over procesverbeteringen op de hub.
- Ontwikkel jezelf als leidinggevende in een functie met verantwoordelijkheid.

- Een warehouse met een grote keuken voor een smakelijke lunch, om gezellig te aperitieven of om van zelfgebakken taart en vegan koffiekoeken te smullen

**Wat zijn de functie-eisen?**
- Je woont in de regio Antwerpen en hebt een auto
- Je hebt ervaring in een operationele en leidinggevende rol, liefst in een functie waarbij je een diverse groep werknemers hebt aangestuurd (bijv. floormanager of assistent-bedrijfsleider)
- Je bent 32 uur per week beschikbaar en bent flexibel qua werktijden
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
