**Als Service Delivery Lead IT Solutions**
**ga je aan de slag in ons hoofdkantoor in het centrum van Antwerpen. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor ons IT departement, bestaande uit een 30-tal collega’s, onderverdeeld in 3 teams: IT Infrastructure/Operations - Security, IT Solutions en IT Shared Services (Project & Architecture Office). Jij stuurt rechtstreeks het team IT Solutions aan, en rapporteert daarbij aan de IT Manager.**
**Verantwoordelijkheden**: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, beheren en verbeteren van alle (bestaande, alsook nieuwe) IT services binnen jouw scope en optimaliseert daarbij de inzet van de IT resources (budget en personeel). Je volgt de nieuwe tendensen in IT Solutions domeinen, om samen met de IT Manager de IT beleidslijnen uit te zetten. Je analyseert de noden van onze gebruikers en draagt structureel bij tot een efficiënte dienstverlening, afgestemd op onze bedrijfsstrategie.
- Je zorgt voor een optimale “end-to-end service delivery”, inclusief “design, build, run, support” van alle IT services in jouw scope.
- Je definieert IT service vereisten met alle (interne en externe) stakeholders in SLA/OLA/UC, en verschaft hen met periodieke service rapportering.
- Je werkt samen met leveranciers voor diensten die door hen worden beheerd, alsook met klanten van Tabaknatie voor geleverde IT services (vb. platformintegratie,).
- Je zorgt voor een IT service management en IT quality beleid, “compliant” met industry best practices.
- Je werkt samen met het Architecture en Project Office voor de implementatie van IT projecten.

**Profiel en competenties**: Voor dit profiel zijn we op zoek naar iemand die vlot is in omgang en weet hoe een team aangestuurd moet worden. Je kan terugvallen op een gedegen en bewezen ervaring in een leidinggevende functie in IT. Bovenal heb je een analytisch denkvermogen.
**Je beschikt ook over**:

- Een uitgebreide ervaring met kennis in:

- IT management, IT process management (ITIL)
- het implementeren (inclusief specifieren, configureren, testen) van COTS (Commercial of the shelf) IT Solutions
- het ontwikkelen (inclusief specifieren, developen, testen) van inhouse-build IT Solutions (zoals -maar niet gelimiteerd tot
- websites, mobile apps,)
- het integreren van alle IT Solutions, zowel intern (tussen de verschillende applicaties—ServiceBus), als extern (communicatie met partner/klant platformen
- Cloud (migratie)
- Een zeer goede kennis NL en een goede kennis Engels.
