Voor onze klant in Brussel gaat MetiSelect op zoek naar een First Line B2B Medewerker Samen met een team van 16 medewerkers ben je het eerste telefonisch aanspreekpunt voor de binnenkomende kredietaanvragen van onze partners.
- Vervolgens bereid je de dossiers administratief nauwkeurig voor, zodat de kredietbeslissers een juist oordeel kunnen vellen
- Je kijkt bewijsstukken na en doet de nodige controles
- Je aarzelt niet om de telefoon te nemen waar nodig om extra informatie te vragen
- Je zorgt voor de opvolging van de dossiers
- Je werkt actief samen met de relatiebeheerders en kredietbeslissers
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze B2B klanten en informeert hen over de status van hun dossiers
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt minstens twee jaar werkervaring
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, je bent vlot aan de telefoon en je weet perfect hoe je sterke relaties kunt opbouwen met onze partners
