**Wat doe je dan concreet?**
- Je staat in het voor het digitaliseren en identificeren van de inkomende en uitgaande briefwisseling en documentenbeheer.
- Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan de operationele business partners.
- Je doet het prébeheer van de schadedossiers in de takken Auto, Burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid en Rechtsbijstand.
- Je zet jouw technische knowhow in om cases in Salesforce succesvol te kwalificeren.
- Je zorgt voor het sorteren en distribueren van digitale documenten naar de juiste diensten.
- Je denkt proactief mee over hoe processen te verbeteren en stelt oplossingen voor aan het management, dit om onze business zo optimaal en efficiënt mogelijk te houden.
- Je biedt je waardevolle ondersteuning aan de Back-Office bij het opmaken van bijvoegsels voor schorsingen.
