**A new challenge?**
**Main responsibilities and tasks**
- Lead the global BerryAlloc business. BerryAlloc offers a wide array of interior solutions for residential and commercial purposes, including laminate, vinyl planks and tiles, parquet, high pressure floors, and wall panels.
- Execute the growth strategy for the BerryAlloc division, focusing on growth in all are markets.
- Being sharp in driving the various Commercial Excellence, Operational Excellence and innovation projects.
- Drive manufacturing efficiency in the plants in Belgium, Norway and France.
- Analyze and optimize the operations and supply chain footprint in order to improve the performance of the business and refine on areas of potential development, cost reduction or policy changes.
- Prepare the budgets for approval, ensure financial activities and plan the necessary investments, increase operational performance and realize maximum autonomous maximize growth.
- You will report to the vice president of the Flooring Business Unit and be a member of the Flooring Management team.
**Competencies and skills**
- University degree or equivalent. A further business-related qualification such as an MBA is an advantage.
- Experience in one of the following sectors: flooring, coatings, or chemical industry.
- Ideally have been exposed to different cycles of business, including transformation processes.
- Demonstrable strategic business planning skills.
- Previous experience in privately owned companies will be considered a plus.
- Strong product management skills, commercial acumen, manufacturing agile and financially savvy.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
**Languages**
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
