Dans le cadre de la forte croissance de nos services, nous recrutons un gestionnaire de projets passionné et dynamique qui sera principalement dédié dans la gestion de nos services de nettoyage pour l’un des plus grands complexes d’exposition et de congrès en Belgique

Ta mission sera d’assurer la propreté et l’hygiène des espaces avant, pendant et après les événements

Ta mission s’articule autour de plusieurs grands axes d’activités:
**1/ Entretenir des relations clients exceptionnelles**
- Devenir l’interlocuteur privilégié des exposants en leur proposant des services sur mesure et en répondant à leurs besoins de nettoyage avec efficacité
- Rédiger des devis précis et détaillés, et effectuer une analyse de la rentabilité pour chaque projet

**2/ Gestion opérationnelle et management d’équipe**
- Être au cœur de l'action, disponible 7 jours sur 7 et 24 heures sur 24 pendant les événements pour garantir une organisation sans faille.
- Planifier et organiser les horaires des équipes de nettoyage pour assurer une couverture optimale
- Recruter, former et évaluer le personnel ouvrier pour constituer des équipes performantes et motivées
- Superviser le pointage des ouvriers et relayer les informations aux collègues en charge des prestations

**3/ Relations avec les fournisseurs**
- Assurer l'entretien régulier de notre matériel (balayeuses, autolaveuses, camions poubelles) pour une performance optimal
- Gérer les commandes de consommables et de têxtiles et assurer leur entretien pour des opérations efficaces et durables

- Tu entretiens une relation de confiance avec nos partenaires et futurs clients
- Tu es la personne qui représente notre savoir-faire sur site en proposant nos se
- Tu fédères tes équipes et tu les motives à atteindre un niveau de service correspondant aux attentes de tes clients
- Tu t’assures de la qualité du travail effectué à travers des audits réguliers
- Tu garantis le respect des normes de sécurité
- Tu es responsable de la rédaction des devis, les calculs de rendements
- Tu organises et adaptes continuellement le planning des prestations
- Tu suis l'ensemble de tes projets et assures les ajustements nécessaires ainsi qu'un excellent service tout au long du chantier
- Tu assures la gestion administrative de tes chantiers

**TON PROFIL**
- Tu as une expérience significative de 3 à 5 ans en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le domaine du nettoyage ou de l'événementiel
- Tu es un leader dans l’âme et tu justifies d’une première expérience en gestion d’équipes
- Tu es un véritable fédérateur et tu motives ton équipe à fournir un travail de top qualité
- Tu démontres d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et une gestion efficace du temps
- La satisfaction clients est ta priorité et tu considères chaque problème comme une opportunité
- Tu es réactif et orienté solutions
- Tu fais preuve de rigueur, ténacité et tu es capable de travailler sous pression
- Tu maitrises les outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Tu parles néerlandais et français
