- Je zorgt voor een continue instroom van projectmedewerkers voor regio Antwerpen. Hiervoor ga je creatief te werk en zet je verschillende rekruteringskanalen in zoals jobboards en social media, of jouw persoonlijk netwerk.
- Je matcht de ideale assistant met de juiste klant. Zodat de eerste zijn of haar talenten goed kan benutten, en de tweede opgelucht ademhaalt.
- Bij Bright Plus krijg jij het roer in handen. Jij volgt jouw projecten nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
