Voor een sterk groeiende KMO, gelegen op een toplocatie, zoeken wij een
**Project Leader Customs (Application Consultant)**. Wil je elke dag iets nieuws ontdekken?

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je staat in dat klanten helemaal klaar zijn om met de **applicaties binnen douane **aan te slag te gaan.
- Je verzorgt hiervoor de **volledige implementatie**, samen met de ontwikkelaars en het customer service team.
- Je doet je voorbereidend werk **op kantoor**. De implementatie en eventuele trainingen geef je **op locatie** **bij de klant.**:

- Je analyseert de **noden van de klant **om zo de applicaties perfect af te stemmen op hun bedrijfsprocessen.
- Je volgt elk project op zodat de **servicegraad **zo hoog mogelijk blijft en houdt budgetten in het oog.
- Je geeft al je verworven kennis door aan het customer service team voor de **navolging**, waar je ook bij betrokken blijft.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je hebt een **mínimale werkervaring in het douaneveld**.
- Je hebt **een affiniteit met IT** en applicaties (interfacing, SQL, XML).
- Je bent sterk** analytisch** en werkt zeer nauwkeurig.
- Je kan zowel een **helikopterview** bewaren als gedetailleerd werken, om niets over het hoofd te zien.
- Je hebt een hoge servicegraad richting de klant toe om i**n win-win situaties** te denken.
- Je bent **communicatief vaardig** in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
