Program Manager, BCD Meetings & Events
**Fulltime (37,5h/week), combination working at home and at flex-office /Antwerp, Belgium**
**We are looking** **for a driven and creative Program Manager specialized in Incentives for our corporate clients at home and abroad.**
**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- **The day-to-day operational execution of events and incentives**:
- **Managing the operational process, prioritizing, and reviewing supplier contracts/offers to clients, etc.**:
- **Commercial attitude and appearance.**:
- **Positive attitude and willing to work in a team.**:
- **Travel is an integral part of this job.**:
- **Flexible and able to deal with changing customer demand or last-minute changes.**:
- **Taking ownership from A to Z. You will manage a team of colleagues and suppliers during the event.**:
- **Using the right social attitude and flair to ensure good customer contact.**:
- **Purchasing program components competitively through strong negotiation and with an eye for both the price aspect and the supplier's conditions (e.g. payment terms and cancellation policy).**:
- **Planning holidays in favor of the client and his planned trips.**:
- **Meeting deadlines and agenda management are very important.**
**How you can set yourself apart**
- **Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French, both spoken and written.**:
- **Experience in the field of incentives and events in the hotel or travel industry is a must.**:
- **You can work well under pressure of deadlines, think ahead, and set priorities**:
- **Able to build relationships with clients, and to develop these relationships in an independent and commercial manner.**:
- **You are a good negotiator and you do not run away from responsibilities**:
- **You do not stop looking for a solution until you have found it and you are able to think outside the box**:
- **You can work flexible hours and weekends from time to time**:
- **You can travel to the locations of the projects, both in Europe and intercontinental**:
- **You are a proactive personality and a real team player**:
- **Some years of experience in organizing MICE events with focus on creative incentives**:
- **A Bachelor or Master Tourism degree or equivalent**
