Je staat in het middelpunt van actie, waarbij je vragen en klachten behandelt van verschillende bronnen en segmenten, waaronder SOHO, BUS, ENT, en meer. Je bent de schakel tussen Telenet en onze waardevolle klanten. Dit is jouw kans om bij te dragen aan een optimale klantentevredenheid (ACE) en de groei van onze inkomsten.

Takenpakket:

- Je behandelt vragen en klachten van 1st line Advisors voor klanten uit alle segmenten.
- Je communiceert met externe partijen zoals overheidsinstanties, de Ombudsdienst voor Telecommunicatie, Test Aankoop, advocaten en andere telecomproviders.
- Je ondersteunt winkelpunten en andere verkoop
- en partnerkanalen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen Telenet, waaronder Product Delivery, Legal, Finance, Technical, Billing & Collections.
- Je handelt escalaties af via SLT (Senior Leadership Team).

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van opzegintenties van BUS en ENT klanten, waarbij je streeft naar win-win oplossingen voor zowel klanten als ons bedrijf. Je neemt complexe calls over van 1st line afdelingen en behandelt systeemfouten en complexe dossiers. Ook speur je naar call
- of ticketdrivers, identificeer je verbeterpunten in processen en procedures, en zorg je voor proactieve oplossingen.

Als "2nd line Advisor Admin" lever je waardevolle input voor evaluaties, organiseer je briefings en trainingen, en voer je controles uit. Tijdens de afwezigheid van de TC (Team Coordinator) neem je de rol van DOA (Deputy Officer Admin) op je, waarbij je escalaties opvolgt, rapporteert, en toezicht houdt op de verwerking en KPI's beheert.

Je gaat zelfs nog verder door klantenbezoeken te begeleiden met accountmanagers in het geval van complexe facturatieproblemen. Kortom, je bent de brug tussen Telenet en onze gewaardeerde klanten.

Uitdagingen:
In de rol van "2nd line Advisor Admin" kom je voor verschillende uitdagingen te staan:

- Je neemt end-to-end beslissingen in risicogevoelige dossiers, waarbij je te maken hebt met instanties zoals de Ombudsdienst, pers, juridische aspecten en consumentenorganisaties.
- Je werkt aan procesverbeteringen voor de segmenten MLE/LE.
- Je bent het laatste aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen van 1st line Admin Advisors.
- Je verzorgt trainingen en briefings ter ondersteuning van het 1st line team.
- Je kunt worden ingezet voor diverse activiteiten, zoals cleaning acties, BAT testing, en ondersteuning bij de lancering van nieuwe functionaliteiten/producten.

Profiel:
Kennis:

- Kennis van Origin is een plus.
- Je hebt diepgaande systeemkennis van tools zoals Tina, Kenan, selfcare tool, Clarify, Origin en SFDC.
- Basiskennis van Excel, PowerPoint en Word is vereist.

- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en kunt zowel het grotere geheel als de details begrijpen.
