You support the handling and coordination of Customer Product Complaints:

- You input, update and sign off product complaints as needed in the complaint handling database. Handle basic complaint-related communications and follow-up (e.g. additional questions from sales and/or manufacturers, sample return requests). Follow up on complaint status, manage reminders on sales replies and missing complaint samples. Register and dispatch returned complaint samples, arrange shipments via courier where applicable. Handle communication regarding sample shipment with manufacturers.In the role of Master File Coordinator, you support the required activities in the Document Management module of the Quality management system:

- Follow up on periodic reviews
- Management of document review cycles in the QMS-Provide requested documents to change requestor.

**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role.Excellent knowledge of English is a must. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.Strong attention to details, planning and follow up skills.Your are not a quality expert, but can align with the high sense of responsibility ,needed to work in such a department.

**Wat wij jou bieden**:

- A temporary assignment for a period of 2 to 3 months, with potential prolongation afterwards.Open for 100% (39h work week) and 80% employment.Salary range between €2700 and €3300/month (full time), mealvouchers €7 and traffic expenses.
