As our new **Strategic Account Manager Belux**, you will play a key role by leading the creation and payer implementation of account plans, in detail for the next 1-2 years and long term (e.g., priority accounts and launch preparation). You will have the opportunity to interact with key decision makers and influencers to deliver Account Plan outcomes using innovative ideas to serve customers and patients.

Furthermore, you will be acting as an ambassador for the account management approach across different functions to ensure that insights are generated, captured and implemented.

**You will work in Brussels and directly report to Head of Market Access & Public Affairs Belux.**

**Further key responsibilities**:

- Identify, manage, and develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure resource allocation and support of account priorities
- Identify customer/account alignment around the relevant brand and disease areas, and plan strategy to approach key stakeholders ensuring advocacy development based on local environmental knowledge and healthcare delivery
- Spot opportunities and develops business case that identifies the appropriate investment level for developing profitable business within the customer portfolio
- Deliver high value interactions, drawing on other resources as required to deliver brand and disease specific value propositions
- Leverage the value and expertise of the entire organization to co-ordinate resources to present 'one face to the customer' in order to build long term relationships while meeting short term revenue objectives
- Develop schemes of work that support local implementation of formulary adoption.

**What you should bring to the team**:

- **At least 3 - 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical environment preferably in account management within the Belux landscape**
- Experience in customer journey design and omni-channel including digital skills
- Customer and results oriented mindset
- Effective cross-functional communication & collaboration skills
- Excellent business acumen and agile project management skills
- **Fluent in French and Dutch and excellent command of English**
- Team player and open to digital transformation
- Proactivity and curiosity
- Lastly, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Medicine, Science or related field.
