You will be an integral part of a group managing three commercial entities and two real estate holdings, with further expansion planned. Working with over 100 employees, this role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial success of diverse projects in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Northern France.

**Your Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Act as a **business partner**, overseeing financial aspects of **construction projects**, including contract preparation, client invoicing, and profitability analysis.
- Manage overall finance and taxation for five companies, including cash flow, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with **internal** and **external** **stakeholders**, including **directors**, administrative staff, accountants, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
- Proactively contribute to improving the information system for enhanced efficiency.

**Ideal Profile**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years in finance**, preferably in the construction industry.
- **Languages**: Fluent in **French** and **Dutch**, proficiency in English is an asset.
- **Qualifications**: Strong financial acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and accounting software.
