Wij zijn op zoek naar een **Operations Manager**, daar we ons Finance team wensen uit te breiden en we iemand zoeken ter ondersteuning van de Director Operations.

**Wat doe jij om mee te bouwen aan het succes van Agoria?**:
Als Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, monitoren en verbeteren van interne processen. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met verschillende experts binnen de organisatie en volg je de ontwikkeling van de wetgeving van dichtbij. Dit alles om ervoor te zorgen dat de niet-financiële rapportage van Agoria een model van best practices wordt voor onze leden.
Daarnaast ben je de drijvende kracht achter de verdere digitalisering van Finance.

**Wat hoort nog bij de verantwoordelijkheden?**:
**Processen en rapportering**:

- Implementeren van de CSRD rapportering voor Agoria;
- Onze subsidie portefeuille nauwgezet opvolgen;
- Zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van de WIP methodiek en berekeningen i.s.m. de accountants;
- Waken dat alle nodige data in de systemen aanwezig zijn, zoals tijdsregistratie;
- Rapportering, forecasting en performance Management verzorgen van Agoria Real Estate (ons vastgoedbedrijf dat 3 Business & Conference Centres uitbaat);
- Kennisborging van de Finance processen;
- Op reguliere basis een interne audit doen op de verschillende boekhoudingen.

**Digitalisering Finance**:

- Opmaak van voorstellen om Finance verder te digitaliseren;
- Je ontwikkelt de Risk Assessment Matrix van Agoria;
- Vertalen van de vereisten van de boekhouding naar de collega's van ICT voor implementatie in ons ERP-systeem Odoo, alsook de afgesproken implementaties proactief opvolgen;
- Zorgen voor een grondige E2E testing.

**Samenwerking**:

- De SPOC vanuit Finance zijn voor ICT en zorgen voor een goede coördinatie van zaken;
- In nauw teamverband werken met 9 rechtstreekse collega’s;
- Rapporteren aan de Director Operations.
